WTA Rising Star rating

There are many players today that are called from the wta rising stars. They consist of young players from the age of 18 to the age of 22 that have made big results and it is aspected that they will have a big future.
In my opinion not everyone worths this title. There are far too many rising stars. You cant name a player rising star because she just shocked a big player or won an International title. A player that worths to be carrying this title must be consistent and doing well when she has the chance. I would not forgive any player that had the chance in an International event and lost in my rating. This players wont be underdogs and dark horses forever! They must play as favourites when is needed!
Lets start:
ELINA SVITOLINA
Age:21
Ranking:20(Career high:17)
Playing style:Aggressive baseliner(without hesitation to go to the net)
Best result: French Open 2015 QuarterFinalist
3 WTA International Titles,one 125K

Svitolina has a good game that suits the modern era of tennis. She plays aggressive from the baseline while she can play good at the net too. She also has a good footwork and if she works on that she can become an elite player before she can imagine it. She is having a great season so far, however she could take advantage of some chances like in Istanbul when she lost in the 1st round as the 2nd seeded player. Her age may be a factor for a low rating because the big 4 of the WTA(Halep,Sharapova,Kvitova,Williams) had Grand Slams or premier titles by this age(Sharapova and Williams were Grand Slam winners before being 20 and Kvitova was 21 when she won Wimbledon).I see her in the top 5 in some years but I dont know if she would be able to make a bigger step. She must  learn to play more like a favourite and work on the defensive play.
Rating:7,5/10

GARBINE MUGURUZA
Age:22
Ranking:9(also carrer high)
Playing style:Aggressive baseliner, good serve and voley
Best result:2015 Wimbledon R-Up
1 WTA International Title

She is great, just awesome. Great serve, great groundstrockes, great voley, everything is great. Well deserved top 10 player. She is a great fighter,I was amazed of how she fended off 9 set points from Kerber with great serves and returns. She is capable of finding the good serve when she needs it and end the point. I hope the doubles will help her improve the voley more(because she is a great doubles player). However, what she has amazed me in her is her personality. She speaks like an ordinary person, she experesses her feelings still like an ordinary person. After she won Aga in my nerves I said some bad words for her but she is indeed my favorite rising star. I hope that she is not gonna be affected by the fame and the fan love she has now and keep up the good work remaining of course humble. Now,she must learn how to adapt to the high expectations of the fans and how to play like a favorite. I am afraid that this will be difficult to her considering the fact that she has only one WTA title but I am optimistic that she can find a way to the top of the world :) . Also, a little bit work on the defensive play will be appreciated, but her height is gonna be a problem in this. I wish her all the best for the future!!
Rating:9/10
P.S.:By next year she is not gonna be a Rising Star anymore she is already 22 ;)

MADISON KEYS
Age:20
Ranking:18(Career high:16)
Playing Style:Big server, aggressive from the net and the baseline
Best result:Australian Open 2015 SemiFinalist
1 WTA Premier(470) Title

Madison is another great young player. She has a great serve, really powerful and well placed reminding the one of Serena. With it she wins many easy points and she sets a lot of more. In her good day her groundstrokes are beautiful however not every day is her good day. She flops a little bit and she makes some easy errors sometimes but I think that by working with the great Lindsay Davenport will help her fix them.In my opinion she is the new power player of the WTA tour and she will be a good ambassador for American tennis once the Williams sisters retire. Also she is a great person and a really humble player and that is sure an advantage.I think that playing some doubles may help her too. Anyway, she is younger than other Rising Stars so I can be a little more lenient. In my opinion she needs to win some more Titles of International Level because she doesnt compete much in these events. I think that she is not the player that must follow a top player schedule.I would insist that she play some more International events to make some bigger results and win some titles as confidence boosters.
Rating:8/10

BELINDA BENCIC
Age:18
Ranking:22(Career high:21)
Playing style:Baseliner(more aggressive than defensive)
Best result:Winner in Eastbourne,Us Open 2014 QuarterFinalist
1 WTA Premier(470) Title

I think that she is the most promising and "rising" Rising Star. She is only 18 and she is Grand Slam QuarterFinalist and Title winner. She has a really good baseline play with strong accurate groundstrockes while her good footwork enables her to be a very good defensive player. She has great variety and she can face every player out there because she can be both defensive and aggressive. She is what tennis needs. Also, growing up she may need to improve her volley skills but this easily acomplished by playing and practising some doubles. Also, having Hingis by her side can help her a lot in the metal factor.,My fears rise in the scenario that she will not be able to deal with the pressure of being a top player and be drowned by the fan expectations. I hope that with Hingis by her side she will find a way.She can also play some International events to win some more matches.
Rating:9/10
Those are in my opinion the best rising stars and probably the future big 4 however I will soon make another aricle with some honourable mentions ;)
